At Bright Care Academy, we are committed to maintaining a fair and transparent refund process for all students.
1. Cancellation Before Program Start
Students who withdraw before the official program start date may be eligible for a partial refund of tuition fees.

A non-refundable registration/administrative fee may be deducted.

2. Refunds After Program Start
Once classes have begun, refunds will be prorated based on:

Hours attended

Portion of the program completed
The refund amount will be calculated by deducting:

Tuition for completed hours

Any administrative or material fees
3. Non-Refundable Fees

Books, uniforms, or supplies (if issued)

4. Withdrawal Process
To request a withdrawal and refund:

The effective withdrawal date will be the date the request is received
5. No-Show & Absence Policy

Failure to attend classes without formal withdrawal will not qualify for a refund

Non-attendance does not relieve students of financial obligations
6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases such as:

Medical emergencies

Relocation
